  • Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
  • Please bring an exercise matt napkin water with you.
  • We reserve the right to admission.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non- transferable.
  • We not responsible for any loss or theft of member’s belongings.
  • We advise members not to carry valuables.
  • Course duration will not be extended if member remains absent for long.
  • Keep stomach empty one hour before coming for yoga.
  • Be on time.

Stress Management

Everyone suffers from mild anxiety from time to time, but chronic anxiety takes a tremendous toll on the body, draining energy resources and keeping the body in a constant state of stress. The effects of anxiety are magnified when the body is not exercised. The tension in the muscles builds, breathing remains constricted most of the time. And the mind has no rest from whirling thoughts and feelings that feed the anxiety.

Stress is a major reason behind all diseases presently from hypertension to infertility, hair loss to skin diseases.
